This book was a quick and easy read packed with helpful and easy advice that ANYONE can do!! I can't wait to implement the ideas in this book into my own life. I am so glad it was recommended to me and cleared up some of the ideas I had that were completely false. I am ready to start my weight loss journey again after being on the side lines for awhile trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and why I couldn't see any change no matter how hard I worked. Now I know the pitfalls I had fallen into and why the things that I were doing were completely wrong. This book is a must read and I can't stress to you how when all the information is laid out before you...the picture becomes clear and you know what you have to do. Thank you for making it an easy and understandable read!!!! I know I will finally have the success I have been looking for.

After reading this book, I have the answers to many questions that I have had when it comes to losing weight. It is a definite read and I would recommend this to anyone!
How inspiring it is to see a new book on the market with a new angle. I was so tired of the same old nonsense being spewed - eat less, exercise more, cut calories. This is book is out of the ordinary and truly challenges "conventional wisdom." A MUST read if you want to lose weight and be healthy.
A great book to keep going back to especially when the wheels fall off and the stresses of everyday life get in the way.. Love the no nonsense approach. Would love some 7 day eating plans to keep me on the right track.
